Refund policy

All products once sold cannot be returned / taken back unless it has any manufacturing defect or damage. Buyer has to notify us of above problems within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will make a full refund / replace the items for your order. 

Beyond 7 days from the date of delivery, we are not responsible for refund or replacement in any case. 

In order to return a defective item-

• Email us on support@mvpriyank.com from your registered BTMINDSHOP email address within 7 days of receipt of the goods

Buyer has to provide video recording of the damaged product for our team to analyze within 7days of receiving the shipment incase of any manufacturing defect. 

• The defective product will be recalled and your payment refunded

• The cost of sending the defective product back to us must be borne by the buyer

Note: If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact our on support@mvpriyank.in  or contact us on 8588811164, and we will have the issue resolved quickly.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible or return under this 7-Day Return Guarantee, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

• Any product without a valid, readable, unhampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

On return of your product, the amount will be credited automatically to the account/card from which the payment was made. It takes 5-7 working days for the payment to reflect back in your account/card.

There is no option for exchanging products on the website. In cases of having received defective, wrong, or damaged products, you can return the product and place a fresh order.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel orders placed online, before they have been shipped.

Your payment will be refunded in full, if the cancellation has been made before the order is shipped out.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped out or after it has been delivered to you.
